Turf Knight provides free estimates for all projects. These estimates are based on the information provided by the client and an on-site assessment when deemed necessary. While every effort is made to provide accurate estimates, the final cost may vary based on unforeseen conditions, changes in project scope, or material costs. Any significant changes impacting the price will be communicated to the client for approval before proceeding.

Clients are requested to provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of services to avoid potential charges. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee. 6. Warranty and Guarantees

Turf Knight strives for complete customer satisfaction. We guarantee our workmanship for a reasonable period following service completion, typically 30 days for routine maintenance and up to 90 days for new installations such as sod, subject to proper client care and maintenance. This warranty does not cover issues arising from client neglect, acts of nature, or damage caused by third parties. Detailed warranty information for specific materials or installations will be provided upon request.

7. Limitation of Liability

Turf Knight will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing services. However, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (iii) any content obtained from the services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage. Our total liability to you for any damages shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Turf Knight for the specific service from which the liability arose.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding relating to the services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida.

Turf Knight reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
